Opening a bank account

Bank demand deposit - bank account with unlimited shelf life (permanent) and the ability to run credit and debit transactions which do not contradict the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic within amount of money in fund balance.

The opening of demand deposit for private individuals is free of charge.

To open a bank account requires a passport.

Minimum balance in the bank account is not required.

Maintenance of the bank account is free of charge.

Maintenanceof inoperating bank account over 6 months - 100 soms per month.

For conversion transactions on demand accounts of individuals, including through the Optima24 application, the rates for buying and selling cash foreign currency established by this Order are applied.

The established rates for buying and selling cash and non-cash foreign currencies are valid for the amount of 25 000 US dollars or the equivalent of 25 000 US dollars in other foreign currencies. For transactions for amounts over 25 000 US dollars, the rate is set by the Treasury Department of Optima Bank OJSC by agreement.
