- The guaranteed safety of your funds: Immediate notification of the Bank on loss/theft of your card will allow to block the card and your money will remain in safety in the Bank on your holder’s card account, unlike the case of theft/loss of disposable funds;
- The payment card is accepted as a payment method in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and abroad and it does not depend in what currency the card account was opened;
- Conversion is made automatically by the payment system on favorable rate for the holder of a card;
- The real opportunity to control and manage your expenses: the Bank provides monthly extract of your card account with indication of all operations and places of their performance made by payment card;
- The necessity of declaring money on your payment card while crossing of any states' border disappears completely;
- Opportunity to issue additional cards to members of your family and your relatives with allocation of a monthly limit of money expenditure.
- Opening of card account is performed in any branch or savings bank of OJSC “Optima Bank”. Your payment card will be ready within 10 working days;
- To obtain a payment card of OJSC “Optima Bank” you need to present your passport, fill in the application form for obtaining international payment card, conclude a Contract on release and servicing of debit payment VISA Card of an individual.

In order to prevent payment card fraud we ask you immediately to contact one of the below provided countries of OJSC “Optima Bank” after the termination of use of card for blocking and reissuing your payment card to the new one with new number, new PIN-code in accordance with the Bank’s tariffs.

Any verbal application of the Cardholder must be confirmed by written statement, which should be submitted to the Bank at the following address: 493, Jibek Jolu street, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, 720070 or by fax: +996 (312) 66-39-53 within 3 (three) banking days after the verbal application”.
