The established exchange rates for buying and selling cash and non-cash foreign currencies apply up to an amount of $10,000 USD or the equivalent of $10,000 USD in other foreign currencies. For transactions exceeding $10,000 USD, the exchange rate is determined by the Treasury Department of Optima Bank by agreement.
